Acknowledgements

In submitting an image for printing the customer confirms that they own the rights for the respective photograph/artwork, or where applicable, obtained the required written permission.We reserve the right to refuse to print an image which we deem may cause offence to public taste, attitudes and/or concerns. You acknowledge that you understand that there may be a degree of cropping and editing in order to achieve the best result.
You also acknowledge that you understand that the quality of the final fabric print will vary depending on the quality of the original image.

Return of photographs/artwork

If your photograph/artwork is valuable or of sentimental value, we would strongly recommend that copies are made before you send them to us as we cannot accept responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in transit. Your photograph/artwork will be returned to you along with your canvas print.

Digital images

We accept digital images via email or on a CD in most file formats. Please see the file format section on the FAQ page.

Prints

Your photo print can be in black or white or colour, and should be no larger than a sheet of A4 paper – 30cm x 22cm.
Please post in a hard-backed envelope.

Transparencies

We can accept negatives and slides of any standard size.

Delivery Schedule (if being delivered)

Delivery of the finished print normally takes between 14 – 21 days. If you require delivery sooner, or would like to request a specific delivery date, please email info@evokeart.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that once we have passed your parcel to our chosen courier, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please return the goods to us within 14 days of collection, and we will be pleased to arrange a replacement. In the event of goods being damaged upon arrival, you must advise the courier and us immediately, and sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods were damaged. Alternatively, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Privacy Notice

evokeart is committed to the privacy and security of your personal information.
When you order, we will need to know your name, email address, phone number and delivery address in order to process your order and to notify you of the status of your order. We do not sell your personal information to others.
